Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the return policy on The HighLane
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact ,pictures of product damaged and unboxing video regarding wrong product is a must and in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
Can I cancel my order? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation .within 2 hours of placing orders. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
The HighLane reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of successful cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead. LINGRIE cannot be exchanged or refunded

The HighLane ships to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan and South Africa,
Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?
